The new-gen MV Agusta Brutale 950 Evo will come with a new chassis and engine as the company claims it to be “beyond pure performance”

MV Agusta will unveil the new-generation Brutale 950 Evo at the EICMA 2025 on Nov 4 in Milan, Italy. The world premiere of MV Agusta Brutale 950 Evo will coincide with the 25th anniversary of the original version of the Brutale which is credited for redefining the naked motorcycle segment in 2001. As per the Italian brand, the new-gen model has been created on four pillars namely performance, design, exclusivity, and rider connection. The official tagline from MV Agusta reads, “it’s fast, it looks sharp, it costs plenty, and you’ll probably want one.”

Luca Martin, CEO of MV Agusta, said: “In 2001, the Brutale rewrote the rules of the naked category, instantly becoming an icon. Today, 25 years later, we celebrate that revolution with a new generation that does not simply rebirth itself but evolves, representing a renewed interpretation of our vision: going beyond pure performance. The new Brutale is more powerful, refined, and thrilling, yet it remains true to its soul: a motorcycle designed by riders, for riders. An icon Made in Italy, ready to inspire motorcyclists around the world for the next 25 years.”

MV Agusta claims that the new-gen Brutale 950 Evo will be the “Porsche 911 of motorcycles” in terms of performance. Taking ahead the legacy of Brutale DNA, the new-gen model is expected to come with a balanced stance, sharper lines and neat proportions. Sitting on an all-new chassis, it will boast of a revamped swingarm and frame for greater ergonomics.

Mechanically, the new-gen MV Agusta Brutale 950 Evo will be powered by an updated version of the 950cc triple engine, albeit in ‘EVO’ guise. The Italian two-wheeler brand claims that it will offer more power and torque than before while the throttle response will also be greater. The suspension setup and braking system has also been updated to meet the latest benchmark.

Some of the notable features expected onboard the superbike are new HMI system, updated MV Ride app and standard 5-year warranty. MV Agusta stopped retailing bikes in the Indian market from June 2020 after snapping ties with MotoRoyale Kinetic, which was its sales and service partner in the country. It has been more than five years but the Italian brand has not been able to find a new partner to start sales operations in India.

The EICMA 2025 will witness the launch of several highly anticipated motorcycles from leading Indian brands as well. While Royal Enfield will introduce its all-electric range of Flying Flea motorcycles, Hero MotoCorp is likely to unveil its biggest ADV motorcycle till date in the form of the Xpulse 421. In addition, BMW F 450 GS will also break cover at the event, which kicks off from Nov 4 in Milan, Italy.
